the views from the room woudl ve been stunning if only the room had been cleaned properly. and the lack of showers, except in the onsen, is truly inconvenient! i expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles but guess that’s just too much to ask.

scenic mountain views, free shuttle service, authentic onsen experience
The closed gate before the roads leading to the hotel was frustrating!!! Including this detail in the welcome message would save guests a headache. Furthermore, the limited shuttle timings may not suit everyone’s itineraries.

good stay but minor improvements needed
The hospitality here stands out, with the staff always ready to assist with a warm smile. The onsen experience was exceptional, especially enjoying the bath under the night sky while stars twinkled above. The view from my room showcased the majestic mountains, making every moment spent indoors feel serene.
The shower options could have been more convenient.

I loved how every night offered beautifully prepared meals that were a real treat for my taste buds, along with an incredible outdoor onsen experience where I could unwind while gazing at the stars. There were also cozy indoor baths for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up—dinner choices felt a bit limited, but I'm sure most can find something enjoyable! 🌄
